2. Services Offered
We provide custom manufacturing services for clients to produce non-branded products based on their specifications. Our offerings include:
- Design integration (colors, fonts, branding elements).
- Production across categories: Home & Living, Clothing, Paper & Party Supplies, Accessories, Crafts & Tools, Art & Collectibles, Weddings, etc.
- Support for bulk and single-unit orders.
3. Order Placement and Specifications
- Accuracy of Designs: You are responsible for providing complete and accurate design files, color palettes, and brand assets. Errors due to client-provided materials (e.g., incorrect fonts, mismatched colors) are not eligible for correction or refund unless reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Product Compliance: Ensure your designs comply with all legal requirements (e.g., no hate speech, violence, or restricted content). We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders violating these standards.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Accepted via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (details provided during checkout).
- Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for canceled orders or defective/incorrectly shipped items. Processing fees may apply for canceled recurring payments.
- Late Payments: Orders with unpaid balances may be subject to cancellation or additional fees.
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property
- Client Rights: You retain full ownership of all designs, logos, and intellectual property submitted to us.
- Company Rights: We may temporarily store your design files to fulfill orders but will delete them securely once production is complete and no longer required for warranty or dispute resolution.
- No Claims: You waive any claims against us for inspiration, ideas, or designs generated in partnership with our team.
6. Product Restrictions
- Prohibited Items: We do not produce items promoting illegal activities, hate speech, violence, adult content, or substances (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, drugs).
- Customization Limits: Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product category. Bulk orders require advance approval.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring correct shipping addresses and customs clearance for international orders. Import taxes, duties, and fees are your sole responsibility.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues beyond our control.
8. Warranty and Liability
- Warranty Period: Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.
- Limitation of Liability: We assume no liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, personal injury) arising from our services.
9. Termination of Service
We may terminate your account or refuse service for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Non-payment or unresolved billing issues.
- Repeated submission of prohibited content.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, governed by its laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-laws principles.
