Ordering Instructions:
(1) Select the quantity and color of your mugs
(2) If you want multiple colors, please select your main color and total quantity. In the & notes to seller& section when you check out, tell us exactly how many of each color you want. For example if you want 4 Blue mugs and 3 Red mugs, then select 7 mugs and Blue as your color. In the notes to seller, tell us you want 4 blue and 3 red mugs.
(3) Send us your high resolution logo artwork (or via Our Company messages). We prefer to work with .ai / Vector formatted files, but can generally use a high quality/high resolution black/white .pdf or .jpeg file if that is all you have available. Send us your file before you order if you'd like for us to review it to ensure it can be used.
(4) If you would like to order more than 24 mugs, please contact us or via Our Company message for a price quote.
(5) If a color shows unavailable, please reach out to us via Our Company messages with color and quantity so we can advise if we have it in stock.
(6) Personalization can be added to the side opposite the logo for an additional charge. Please reach out to us with quantity for a personalized quote for this additional engraving.

* The mug has a matte finish with tan speckles on the outside; the inside of the mug is a high gloss of the same color, without speckles. The bottom 1/3 of the cup and handle is a tan color on each mug.

* We will etch/carve Client's Design on one side. The logo will be on the side facing away from you if you're holding the mug in your right hand. If you want the logo on the other side instead (facing you when holding the mug in your right hand), then please let us know when you place your order via Our Company messages or in the Notes to Seller when you check out.
