Once everything is in your cart, enter your correct address, and click & Continue to Payment.&
5. Complete the checkout process!
6. Send your company logo through the Our Company message after placing the order.
The logo should be in high-quality SVG or PNG format with a transparent background. It will be centered on the mug and printed on both sides.
7. Approve the mockup after the store owner sends it to you.
8. Production time is approximately 3 to 5 business days (see Production Process at the bottom).
9. Shipping time is approximately 5 to 7 business days (see Shipping Process at the bottom).
Design Restrictions:
Avoid using design lines that are too thin, especially when the design will be printed on a black background. If the design lines are too thin, it may result in blurred or unrecognizable lines when printed. We strongly recommend a minimum font size of 10 px, but using larger font sizes will ensure that your design turns out as intended. Metallic ink and glitter printing is not currently offered.
